Manager was super amazing
"I have been to Auto Tire 3 times now for my tire rotation/oil changes because the prices cannot be beat. The last visit I had, I opted to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. About a week later, I noticed I had the same windshield wipers as I previously did. I called the store and set up an appointment to come back in. The manager of the Overland location was amazing and replaced them on the spot for me as well as offered me a free oil change to apologize for their mistake. I will definitely be returning to this location because of the manager salvaging the situation."
