"It seemed like I read every review on the web looking at new laptops for this engineering office and I made a list of things we wanted.
Ever try to get one of those big laptop companies to 'customize' a laptop? Quite a few limitations and the delivery went rapidly into ridiculous.
I found AVA Direct and decided to try. We made at least 6 slightly different internal configurations before we finalized on one. Talked to Katie, my new rep, and fine tuned just a bit.
Perfect! We love it. I've managed to get approval for another, ordered 2 days ago, and we are expecting to order at least a couple more as soon as I can. Everything came well packed, with a nice binder with all the CD's and documents. Not a single issue other than whose desk it gets 'tested' on!"
