DISHONEST- SWITCH AND BAIT!
"The pictures in their internet store are not the same products they send you. I bought 2 pairs of CR2 rechargeable batteries and 1 charger for $63.00 because the picture showed all the UL and TUV tested seals. I never received a confirmation but they sure took my Paypal payment. After several emails and no response, I had to go through PAYPAL Resolution Center before they responded. Then they finally sent a cheap charger and batteries from China without any of the testing seals so you never know if it will burn up. And what got me was that they inadvertently sent a receipt that showed the product price for $17.00 for everything. When I contacted them, nobody responded again. They finally did after a couple days. And then they never apologized. They just said to try it out without offering a reduced price or anything. But after insisting that they switched and baited me, they told me to send it back to them. Still no apologies. And to make matters worse, when we arranged to send it back, they refunded only the charger and 1 pair of batteries. Then I had to remind them of the second pair of batteries which they refunded but they did not refund the postage which was nearly $5. So I had to pay nearly $5 for wasting my time with a CON. There should be a Consumer Affairs for Internet businesses. I guess I'll chalk this as tuition for a life lesson."
