Terrible Customer Service
"Based on my experiences, I would not recommend submitting to sell on this site. It was simply more trouble than it was worth and I left feeling poorly treated and disrespected. I agree with much of what other reviewers have reported. There seems to be no accountability. I went to the trouble of calling in to report my experience (which could be backed up by emails) and was told how much they cared and that a manager would phone me. No one ever followed up. 1stdibs, on the other hand is great to work with, though I've only bought through them, not sold."
