NON COMMUNICATION
"I HAD WENT ONLINE TO ORDER A LAPTOP, AFTER BEING TOLD BY A SALES PERSON THEY DIDN'T HAVE IN STORE ANY LONGER. ONCE I PLACED MY ORDER IT STATED SHOULD HAVE BETWEEN THE 24-26 OF THAT MONTH WHICH WASN'T TO BAD A 2 WEEK PROCESS. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR A PHONE CALL. I CALLED THE 800 TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INFORMED THAT THEY NO LONGER CAN GET THE ITEM OR ANY LAPTOP FROM THEIR VENDORS. WOULD YOU THINK THEY SHOULD OF CALLED OR EMAILED ME , NO... BUT THEY SURE DID TAKE THEIR MONEY AND NOW HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 BILLING CYCLES TO GET CREDIT!!!! NOT UNDERSTANDING THIS. I SHOULD GET CREDIT FOR CARELESSNESS FROM THEIR COMPANY"
