Horrible customer service
"Placed and order was never notified that the item was discontinued. Called placed another order and 1 week later was told it was out of stock. And not notified. Tried a third time and was told it would take at least 10 days to receive. Says that was unacceptable and they hung up on me and cancelled the order. When I called back they too bad."
