Is there a zero rating?
"I ordered over a month ago. They took my payment the same day I placed the order, but I haven't received any merchandise yet. They have posted an apology on their website to all of us still waiting, but they are still taking orders they can't fill.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. I feel I've lost my money. Lesson learned.
customer service is non exists for this company.
Update: I just spent over an hour on hold with customer service. Never was able to reach an actual person."
