Watch never got repaired
"I requested crystal replacement for my Movado watch. Made full repair payment Dec 2018 and received my watch 6 months later 8 Jul 2019 still with chipped face glass plus not working. The watch was working when I shipped it for repair. I reached out numerous times for status with minimal responses. I have requested full refund of $247.83. Waiting for response."
