"I gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero. A set of bullet point slides generated from the Adjusters Study Manual. The people who put this together have absolutely no clue about training, on-line, in person, at all. The fact that you get time limited access to a site that is difficult to learn from leads me to believe they hope that you have to sign up for a second go around.
Completely useless garbage.
