"The rep came and stayed for over an hour and left thinking the problem was solved. Of course after he left the problem is still not fixed. Now waiting for the company to call back for another service call. Not cool when a service rep comes to fix the only problem I called about and now I have to reschedule and haggle over whether there is any other charges..Im stopping payment on the check I gave them."

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Faulty Hardware
"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience demands attention. I purchased a laptop with the expectation that it would perform as advertised. Unfortunately, within a short period of use, the hardware began to fail. Frequent crashes a few months after I received it until the point that the hard drive crashed around 1 year from the purchase date.
What made this situation worse was the abysmal customer service. When I reached out to Acer, they told me it was under warranty still and asked me to ship it to them. After they receive"

Great experience, great product.
"We needed customized lapel pins for our fundraising event. Morry was responsive, professional, and courteous. Our pins came out beautifully and we were very pleased with the results. Great Signs at an Affordable Price
"We ordered 2 signs from Signs.com and are very pleased with the results! The signs are two-sided, full color with our logo, picture and words. One side is a Welcome message and the other is a Have a Blessed Day message!
We received them within a week or so and the packaging was excellent. Additionally the prices were very affordable. I would definitely order again!"

New laptop to replace battered warhorse
"My old laptop had been around the world with me, but after a decade of solid service it was time to change, I immediately looked to the provider of such a reliable machine and lo and behold pc specialists still provide the most user friendly experience for custom building a laptop. I built the new beast and I've not been disappointed with the quality so far. And I know should I have any problems, pc specialists will help sort it out!

Garage was full upon arrival
"I was refused entry to the Parking Garage that I reserved and paid for through SpotHero.
Not only was I turned away at the garage, there was no alternative. It took almost half an hour to get a rep on the phone and I'm wandering around in bumper to bumper gridlocked traffic in Times Square and the Theatre District. Ended up spending $50 at another lot and missing my appointment."
