"I had the same problem last year as I did this year. I signed in and ordered the med which required a vet script somehow the computer changes the name of the animal and breed to a dog that has passed over 8 years ago. I was very upset b/c at first I rec'd a confirmation stating the order was place and being shipped then a week later I rec'd an email stating the wrong pet name and pet breed was rec'd so order can't be filled. I called and was very rude to the employee which I regret. She was able to fix the problem but it's just a hassle and with it happening two years in a row I feel something should change"
