No merchandise/no refund
"This is the first review I've ever written but I think this information should be out there! I bought 3 pairs of soft shoes last summer. The first pair did not fit, the next two were not shipped in time (they forgot) so I cancelled the order with the owner on the phone! The next week I was charged for and received the other 2 pairs of shoes. Spoke with the owner again and he apologized for sending the shoes and said that I could return all 3 pair and he would refund the full amount. I returned the shoes, a month went by, no refund (yes confirmation from the post office the shoes were received). After MANY emails and phone calls they finally responded and said that they needed me to send my credit card info via email (Sorry, not comfortable with that!). However, this was paid through Paypal, so they could have refunded through paypal. I requested they call me so I could give them my card info over the phonem or they simply refund through paypal. NEVER heard back from them again! I have continued to email, message on facebook, leave phone messages - NO response from them. I unfortunately waited too long to make a claim through paypal or my credit card. So now I'm out the cost of 3 pairs of shoes, shipping both ways, and I don't have the shoes that I could sell to someone else to try to recoup some of my losses. Being a small business owner myself, I could NEVER imagine treating my costumers like this. Be VERY wary when ordering through this company. They will take your money and run!"
