"Within 24 hours I was contacted by email with the information that there was a problem with my order and I needed to call in. The email included a phone number. I called and sat on that line for almost an hour before the call dropped. So, I emailed the company back. Turns out, BuyAutoParts outsources their mailing, and their customer service. They may have good reasons for this but it presents a problem, a big one. Once you have finally gotten in touch with someone or some thing your order has timed out and now the answer by the customer service folks is that you'll need to wait 2-5 business days before your refund will be issued. Not ordering from here again."
