"Nuovaluce really cares about their customers and are very good at handling queries and issues related to delivery. A damaged unit was accidentally sent over to me. After I took the issue up to the customer support at Nuovaluce through mail, they immediately responded and informed me that they have issued an order for a new shipment completely free of cost."
