Corruption checking up on those who are not Corrupt
"Ordered an item and paid via a valid card. The order was canceled due to some sort of third party who is hired to verify fraud orders. When I called and called to the number provided by an aqua science representative, only a recorded message played. I have no time to waste with such corruption. So now a third party has my information. Perhaps that party needs to be checked up on, well, that is if you can get a human to answer the phone. Looks like Aqua Science lost a order."

Posted Aug-15-2023Eye4Fraud is a reputable anti-fraud system and is used by many online companies. How they work is by looking up your name, address, email, and payment information. If all of these do not line up, then they will try to contact you based on the payment information. Failure to respond to these calls and emails will mark you as fraud. We are unsure what number you called exactly but when we call, we do get an automated message to enter an option they dictate. We have always gotten a human being after making the appropriate selection along with many of our other clients. With that being side, lets go over a few things.
First off, your proton mail has no history and that is a red flag for most fraud systems. The address you provided was for a PO Box not a unit, apartment, or house. We must have a physical address to ship your order and not a Post Office. Post office's do not accept large packages. We have gone through our phone records and did not find any attempt to call us from the number you provided via your order. One of our employees does remember giving you the number to call Eye4Fraud but there were no calls after that. Lastly, when you placed the order, your IP address was from Salt Lake City and not from MO. Using a VPN will occasionally flag you as fraud as your information will not be accurate.
We take every opportunity to prevent fraud and scams for all of our customers. No one wants to see a bunch of charges on their credit card when they did not authorized them. That is why we have this system in place to prevent this from happening. We do apologize for your inconvenience with your order and we have been more than helpful when you contacted us the one time.
