"The WORST customer service EVER for delivering my appliances! The driver never called me all day. He did not use the gate code to get in as stated in the delivery instructions. And absolutely no one at the NFM store notified me. Took off work all day with my phone by my side waiting...for nothing. I was told, after being put on hold for 55 minutes, that the driver drove by, saw the gate was closed, and left and refused to return. NFM lost a longtime customer and also lost money, because I told them to keep the appliances and received a credit. Stay away from NFM! If they cared, they would have made the driver return and deliver my expensive appliances since he was still in the area."
