"After placing my order there was a delay in shipping due to a verification I was told was needed on my shipping address. I made the verification via email because it was after callback hours. When I called the next day, the representative said my order had been shipped. Shortly after my call, I received an email verifying the shipment with a tracking number. My order arrived per the shipper's tracking information allowing me to secure the package after it was delivered. Other than the early delay, service was good."
