Returns are difficult
"While I got good instructions and turnaround on our return (gazebo replacement cover didn't fit) - I did not appreciate not being reimbursed for TWO shipping charges (the one to me, as well as the return). This isn't consistent with most other online merchants, so we won't be buying from them again."
