Great customer service
"After inspection of my iphone, I was quoted less than I was expecting for my trade. I emailed in asking why and an extremely nice customer service rep gave me a call to explain. It turned out part of it was my mistake, I had quoted an iphone 6s and actually had a iphone 6 (not an "s" - how confusing!) The other part of the deduction was because of a few small scratches to the screen, which she gladly offered to credit back as normal wear and tear. I appreciated the friendly call and will be using them for future trades."
