"I used to shop at this online store a few years ago and they seemed pretty good. I tried to go back to them recently and the first item I ordered was obviously not "like new" as they described, but very used and worn. No big deal, it was a spare cell phone just to have in case of a lost phone or something. The next item I ordered was another cell phone that was supposed to be compatible with AT&T, but the rep at the AT&T store couln't figure out how to work it. It ended up being worthless, so I purchased a real AT&T phone and returned the purchase to cellphoneshop. They said 5-6 days for a credit. The tracking number showed they received the item on October 15, 2012. I did not get a refund, so I emailed and they replied repeating the 5-6 day refund policy. Um..it is the 30th now, and I think I can count, so that would be way more than their policy."
