"I am very dissatisfied with the Koozies that I ordered from this company. I called in and placed the order over the phone. I told the girl that I wanted the grooms name first and then the brides name on the Koozie. She sent me the invoice for approval as I was on the phone with her and I noticed that it said Brides name "Bessie" Grooms name "Jason" and the date. I questioned the order and the girl asked me how it showed on the sample on the website and I told her it had the grooms name first. She said no problem that is the way it will print out.Then the order came and the Brides name was first. I called customer service and had a manager call me back.She was sorry the mistake was made but stated that I approved the invoice and the way they printed it was per my approval. Your company employee misinformed me of how the product would be made per my approval. I am very dissatisfied of how you treat your customers when your employee is the one that gave out wrong information. I will be returning the product and if that is how you treat your customers then I will definitely be passing the word. And at the end the manager hung up on me. Not very professional.:("
