"This is what I would characterize as a sucker site. They presented the site at logitech.justananswer.com in order to make the person think it's a geniune Logitech support center. Then, after writing up a question in detail and jumping through their hoops, only then do they tell you that it will cost you nearly $50 for an answer."

"Called to determine if a particular Motorola cordless phone is compatible with Bluetooth headset. They said it was. It even says so on their website, which is a lie. IT IS NOT! Called Motorola who confirmed it isn't.
They were terse and rude even when I was trying to buy their product."

"I found the best price for the precision paper cutter. It was shipped in the original manufacturer's box, but was damaged during shipping because the MANUFACTURER had improperly packaged the item. The Best Things owner dealt with me personally and made absolutely sure I was completely satisfied with their service. They even made sure a manufacturer's rep contacted me about the problem.
This company is among the best in a nation where most businesses have only in mind to take the customer's money and give as little as possible in return. They perform by the adage of going more than just the extra mile, and will make sure the customer is satisfied."

"I took it upon myself to register this merchant because of the extraordinary service I received, and I am pleased to place the first review the company.
This is an old-fashioned business who insists on giving what you buy. I purchased an NiMH battery charger which appears to not work properly. They sent me, free, four new 2100 MaH AA batteries to test it with (I was using cheap eBay obtained batteries). Still had a problem. Then they offered to send me a new replacement--with a UPS return shipping label.
My out-of-pocket expenses for this problem: ZERO plus 4 top-rated batteries, gratis.
Oh, by the way, their prices are the best I've found.
This merchant is worth supporting."
