"When an adaptor I bought from them didn’t work, they reluctantly agreed to let me return it. After receiving it, they gave me a 50% credit. Fortunately, this wasn’t a very expensive item. I would not buy anything from them again."

"They adverstised a Logitech Revolution Mouse as being "in stock" when I ordered it on Dec 16th. When I checked on Dec 21st, they hadn't shipped it yet, so I cancelled via e-mail. I called in 4 hours later in the day to confirm, only to find out they hadn't cancelled it yet.
The lady I talked to didn't speak English making it very difficult, but did explain why they're having so many problems. After reading other reviews, MWave's responses, and the fact that they don't speak English, I will not order from them again."

"Great service. I called to verify that a newly released scanner was in stock. They said it was not, but was expected the following Monday. I ordered it, and on Tuesday it was shipped. It was delivered on Thursday, ahead of what was anticipated. I will do biz with them again."

"I bought a few ink cartridges from them. The price was the lowest I could find and there were NO shipping charges. They shipped via USPS Priority and my order was delivered promptly with no mistakes. It doesn't get any better than this."
