"I sent in my Iphone 7 that I've had for less than 18 months that I've had covered in a decal AND A HEAVY DUTY CASE along with a tempered glass the whole time. I never even dropped the phone! I was extremely careful the entire time. The phone was flawless when I shipped it to them for a quoted price of $250 on Jun 21st. Almost one month later and they are barely inspecting the device to tell me it's scratched and cracked!!! I sent them pictures of the moment right before I shipped the phone in a bubble wrapped box specifically made for cell phones and requested the pictures of the cracks on the phone. Come to find out half of the sim tray is gone and they try to say it was received that way. I told them well that's not how it was shipped and by the looks of the box that looked totally fine, there's no possible way the sim tray could have broken while in transit. So I told them clearly one of the employees clearly broke it because as clearly seen from my pictures the sim tray was completely in tact with no appearances of anyyyyyy damage when I sent it. They said there's nothing we can do because we only go off the evidence and information of what we have from our receiving inspection. So I said it's a sim tray so what, why's it $75. The rep said it costs $75 to repair the sim tray and have to take it off the price of the phone. I called apple themselves and they said any apple store will replace the tray with original apple parts for $10 and they'll even laser etch the imei # !!!!! What a total load of crap! So they refused to pay me the full amount of the quote and they refused to compensate me for damages they created to my phone when returning it!!!"
"So I ordered a 9-cell battery from them. I decided I no longer want it(my fault I accept that). But the part that irks the crap out of me is, i paid $150 on this thing the battery itself costs $128. Oh well.. I go to their faq to see how returns worked and it said contact a rep about return labels. Come to find out that means the return address because they don't give you a return label becAuse they don't pay for shipping... Go figure.. And they also charge a $25 or 15% restock fee.... So I paid $150 for this stupid thing... And I'm losing about 30% of what I paid."
