"UBId they are rip offs and scammer their shipping cost are so high items are outdated not as described and no way near there MSRP. I recently bought several items and found some defects/damages contacted the Ubid and request for return in some cases they refuse without any reason and you can't open the dispute and insome cases they honor the refund/return so I return the items and receive some refund and the rest not yet even after 2 months and now I can't even login and if you try to contact them you get error messages saying can't take the online complain currently and there is no customer service number. I google them and found 2 number and tried both out of service they rob me over $1000.00 dollars will never buy from them and will never recommend anybody. Total rip off beware."
