"The price of the calling card is good, but their selling practice is not secure. Their email system could be a gold mine for the hackers looking for credit card.
They ask me to email in a photo copy of my credit card to verify my billing address. This will put my credit in danger, how can they ensure their email system is secure enough, how can they ensure their customer's email leave no trace in the email system?
I sure will not risk my credit account for this. This practice is against common practice of financial firms.
I ordered 2 of the same calling card from them about a month ago. the transaction was smooth. Why they ask a photo copy of credit card through email just now? It is hard to believe this is because of my billing address, since nothing changed either on my credit card, or billing address. Either they forgot verify my personal info last 2 times, or they do not trust whatever they checked at that time. Anyway, I do not believe they know how to securely handle customer's personal info."
