"Ruby is great. Always on the ball, calls when needed and quick turnaround. But the price and relevance of the data is more and more in question, especially given todays access to information. I am not sure I will continue buying the CD as the price point is too high. Also, I am not sure why InfoCanada cant sent the validation code with the CD... having to call in and get the code is a pain. Service might be worth it if at least it was an online service that is updated on a regular basis."
