Parts guys never look up
"I have made previous purchases here . Their is a customer window and a door that employees use to get to the "inner" parts dept. Unless I say," Hey can I get my parts ." I'll be waiting until I noticed by the parts guy. Who has his face in a monitor pulling part orders for service dept. With other employees who want him to do something for them."
