Waste of time and money
"Ordered a upright bass to be delivered and had no idea it was being out sourced from a 3rd party company who had no idea where my bass was and how I can track it! After several days of emailing I got some tracking info and still couldn’t get a straight answer from their delivery carrier that they use. L and R fright then out sourced my delivery to a New York department for deliveries and still have not delivered my bass and I needed it specifically for this weekend. Shame that I did business with these unprofessional people. They even called me up today to tell me they would be able to expedite to me today from warehouse in Queens but it would cost them to must and my inconvenience doesn’t matter to them and they just had to tell me it is possible but not going to happen because of the cost to them. So why even make me thing is possible??? Unprofessional scam artists! I will be disputing charges as well as contacting the BBB."
