"I recently purchased a beautiful double sink through Homesquare. Due to our house being a 1909 Victorian there were extremely limited choices that would fit. Our experienced contractor installed the sink and it was working perfectly until a month in. The right porcelain bowl cracked all the way across and through one night out of the blue. Unfortunately, the direct customer service reps. did not have the ability to assist with approval for a replacement or repair. I do believe that 30 days is too short of an amount if time to make sure your product is quality and working appropriately once installed. It took is at least 15 days to get on our contractor's schedule. I also believe this was a product defect and not a normal issue with the product we purchased. I reached out to some upper level management individuals on Linked IN and was contacted within 10 minutes by their Director of Operations. She was amazing and everyone at that point wanted very much to make the situation right. I was grateful because removing and installing something else would have been an absolute nightmare. She phoned the manufacturer and not only had a replacement sink sent out quickly but paid for my contractor to replace it. It was a fair and integrity driven answer to a anomaly of a problem. I will always use their products and services from this situation forward. I know I can trust in them and truly appreciate all of their help and attention in this matter. We now have a beautiful upgraded bathroom that adds equity to our home and functions well. Thanks Cymax!"
