"Ordered item on 17 Sept. Web site stated item was in stock. Credit card was charged immediatly. After a week without an email of status, I checked to find it was on back order. After slipping the shipping date again, I canceled on 2 October and requested a refund. They said I should recieve a refund in 10 days. After 14 days without a refund posted to credit card, I contacted them again... they said OOPS! will expidite your refund... will take up to 10 days for it to show... It is now Nov 3rd and still no refund. Called the number listed on web site ***-***-****) and got a message to use the customer help on the web site... then it said "Thank you.... Good BY?"
DON'T Order from them if you want ANY Customer Service!!!!"
