"I ordered a motherboard and CPU and was informed several days later that they were out of stock. I send 3 emails asking for the ship date, but none of them were answered. Meanwhile, they listed my hardware as "in stock" the entire time even though they told me that it was out of stock and sent me a substitute brand of RAM. Also, their phone support was hard to reach and nearly useless. They refused to give me the any details, and finally gave me the email of a live person, which got things roling after a nasty letter. Finally, almost three weeks later, my stuff shipped. I did get my hardware, and a good deal, so it could have been worse."
