the bike rack is very nice and built well .
"how ever the bike rack to receiver hitch bolt is too short to reach thru the factory installed receiver hitch on my 2020 jeep also the Free hitch tightener u-bolt is too small to go around the factor install receiver hitch so I am unable to use it, unless you can send me a larger tightener"
