plugged in, not charging
"I purchased an Alienware 17" Laptop at a cost of $2460
Two weeks after getting the computer, the computer would not charge the batteries when plugged in
I called tech support and they tried software upgrades, but that didn't work
They had someone come out to my office and replace a part and the battery
That didn't work
They replaced the computer after 2 months. 3 weeks later, the new computer did the exact same thing
You could not charge the battery when the computer was plugged in
So it became a desktop computer since the battery would not charge
The computer says "plugged in, not charging"
Alienware/Dell quit working with me and would not repair this computer
I can't be the only person that this has happened to
I wish that someone would file a class action lawsuit against Alienware/Dell"
