"Ordered 34 boxes of Jasper Engineered Hardwood - Handscraped Aspen Collection Cocoa / Aspen / Handscraped / 5"...quality wasn't the best but it wasn't expensive...What got me was writeup on it says random lengths and that is completely untrue...Every length is 4 feet and this makes it difficult to have a good looking floor. Their response was basically that they were sorry....That is one thing I agree with... As for BuildDirect reply....They were informed of my situation and showed no interest...Too little too late...."

"Dont bother ordering a Lenovo...I ordered a tablet 10/2/2012 and it said 3-5 days to ship. Then it started...every 3-5 days they would change the estimated ship date out again. Finally after a month and half I got someone to say it may ship in mid Jan. 2013. The delay isnt as bad for me as the constant lying about the ship date. Either they are not to be trusted when they say something or they are so bad even they dont know what is going on. Save you time and effort and order somewhere else."

"Received part promply but it didnt work...changed symptons...Took to dealer and they replaced same part. Talked to BuyAutoParts and they are giving me a credit for the full amount. Cant ask for more than that."
