"My order was placed March 28th, I got a reply that they wouldn't ship one of the parts because it was too large on March 31st, but only after I asked for a status update. 8 days later on April 5th, I again had to ask for a status update. Then, I get a reply the order is ready for shipment, but not picked up yet, after 8 days. My refund for the part that they can't ship will be another week or two. I've tried calling, but don't get an answer. Parts may be cheaper then the local dealer, but slow and unresponsive would best describe my experience"
