"Do NOT deal with RC-Fever. I purchased some remote control toy cars and they arrived broken. They refused to make an exchange, even though the products were damaged prior to delivery. RC-Fever has 7 day return policy, which is ridiculous considering that some of their sales are to overseas customers. Unfortunately, I bought the items as Christmas gift, and so I did not open the box within this very short deadline. When I contacted RC-Fever, it was clear that they did not give a damn about me as a customer. Having made their sale, they declined to accept any responsibility for delivering damaged goods. As a customer I feel mistreated, considering I purchased the item in good faith. I will never deal with RC-Fever again."
