"I ordered my motherboard on Sep. 3 and after waiting 3 days for them to send it out I call them up. I was told that it was shipped, so I asked for a tracking #. after that I was put on hold for about 4 min and was then told that it was actually on backorder and I would have to wait till the Monday the 9th before it would be in. Monday came , I called and it sill was not in but was told that it will be in that day but later on. the next day I checked the website and it had been sent. 7 days later I received it and everything works. 6/10 for slow service."
