How to lose a customer
"I’ve had good luck with these folks several years ago but not now. I placed and paid for medication on 1/16/18; they said the medication was available. First they didn’t get the payment, then they had the wrong name, then the medication was not available. It is now over a month and oops there was a ‘system glitch.’ It’s a good way to lose a good customer."
