"Having ordered in a hurry, I hadn't noticed that the product was not in stock. Three days later, realizing my mistake, I phoned their customer service to inquire about delivery time. Unfortunately,the product would be out of stock for at least a week more. I asked if I could cancel and my request was immediately accepted. I received my full refund confirmation within an hour. I have ordered from them at least ten times within the last two years and every time I have been fully satisfied. Great service. Great prices. Fast delivery. Buy in full confidence."
