"I ordered sunglasses from Shades Emporium.
They responded to my order by telling me that the item was on special order (already) and that it would not be available for 3 - 4 weeks, and did I want to wait. I said yes, but shortly thereafter I called them and cancelled the order.
They told me then (for the first time) that they had to charge me $35 cancellation fee. If they had told me there would be such a fee when they asked me if I wanted to wait, I would have declined to wait.
This was sneaky and underhanded.
I wish there was a way I could spread this information."
