"They collect your info and then items go magically "out of stock" or they make up new policies about nor being able to stack offers. Apparently they do not know how to run an e-commerce site. Or do they. They get you to sign up, give all your info and then do not ship any products. Look elsewhere if you expect any service!"

"Purchased a DLP TV advertised as new but received an open box item. The box was multiple boxes taped together. The item was undamaged, but I have no idea how many hours are on the lamp. Wish I would have been told up front the item was used. I guess you don't know what you will receive when you order from TigerDirect. Not sure if any laws were broken in the process, but definately poor business practice to misrepresent the condition of the product being sold.
Interesting how TigerDirect responds to the positive reviews and Ignores the dissatisfied customers.

"Ordered items Saturday evening for in store pickup. Visited the store later the next day to pick them up. They never pulled the item off the shelf and sold out. When I asked when the item would be available for pick up, they stated the truck comes in Thursday and I should call back. When I asked that they call me when the item arrives, they stated that they probably wouldn't remember to call! Terrible customer service and it turns out this was the manager! When I called their 800 number to see if they could provide better service, they were just as inept as the store. There is no sense of accountability in this company."

Even though it is our store policy to charge restocking and shipping fees for returned items, normally we do not charge anything if a customer calls about defective units within 30 days (in this case it was 90 days). After carefully reviewing your account we admit that our follow up was less than satisfactory & we would like to rectify your opinion of our business. We will refund you the difference for shipping the unit back to us. "This was my first attempted purchase with this company. I ordered an item and it got canceled due to being oversold. Not a big deal and I can live with that but to leave the product posted on their website for a whole day accepting orders is just ridiculous. It destroys your confidence in a company that doesn't take steps to control their inventory or their website. I hope they make an effort to do better job in the future for everyone's sake."
"I agree with what others have stated. This store is not anything like the one it used to be. Followed their instructions to return an item and tracked it to make sure it was returned and received. Weeks ahave gone buy and no credit for the return. No response to e-mails. Called and was told that the credit would appear within 5 days. (Funny, their web site says 3 days after receipt of product, not weeks and then 5 days after a phone call.) Anyway, still waiting and now I have to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. This store is not worth the hastle."
