"I have been extremely frustrated with Microsoft as they have completely dismissed the large number of people who are satisfied with Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and perhaps others.
I ordered a copy of 2019 with Prime Software. The activation key did not work, but customer service via PrimeSoftware assisted me over the telephone. Within a few minutes, my copy was activated. Thanks for the product!"
