"I was treated promptly and corteously in emails as well as on the phone with Jerry prior to my visit to their place of business. They repaired my LCD screen there as I waited back in 2005 with great success and that is why I returned. Even though they don't do on the spot service, Jerry was kind enough to help me out and replaced my bad LCD with a perfect brand new one right there on the spot while I briefly waited. His word was good as gold, as was his efficent and friendly service. I would not go anywhere else to have a LCD monitor repaired, and am so thankful I had their phone number, website and address saved from '05.
Once again, Jerry is a ture lifesaver and I HIGHLY recommend Bliss Computers!
