Very poor customer service
"After ordering a burgundy MARILYN dress, and it arriving promptly, however on the second try on to show family (ie dress worn for less than 5 minutes in total, ever) the zip completely broke. Two emails to the company with not even an acknowledgement of any contact received. Completely unacceptable for a brand new dress. Contact email on FAQ page 'could not be found' so there is no way of addressing this issue. Money down the drain. Very unhappy."
