"I ordered an engagement ring and paid extra to upgrade the diamond and also get it early. I was supposed to get it delivered today and I had everything planned out to give it to my fiancee when I got home. I called Blue Nile to check the order and the representative said that Fed ex shipped it late and it most likely won't come today. There was no resolution to my issue and I took the salesperson's word for it that it will be delivered today. I'm not a happy customer and this is my first time ordering from Blue Nile and probably my last."
