"PROS: Prompt, courteous responses to email queries. Item shipped the same day. Well packed.
CONS: Order was to be shipped UPS which is even shown on their Invoice. UPS delivers to my door. They shipped Canada Post. For me that meant a 45 km drive to Post Office pick it up."
