"I found this company very quick in processing my order. It shipped only a few hours after placing the order. They took the extra step (for my benefit) to refuse to ship to an address other than my billing address, unless I called the credit card
company, and listed the alternate address as an acceptable shipping address. After I did that, my order was processedpromptly and I was emalied a tracking number.
So far so good.
I hope that the 2.5 inch WD scorpio IDE 250GB drives arrive in excellent shape, and I hope
that Directron will handle any problems I might
have with the drives within the first 90 days.
After that, I hope Western Digital will be very cooperative in servicing/replacing failed drives within the next 3 years warranty period."
