"The water softener system didn’t seem to be working. Someone came to the house, shook the tank and said it’s fine. They then charged us $140. We just had the system installed a few years ago. You would think they could give us some suggestions to check before coming and shaking the tank. I’m disappointed. We had our previous system for over 10 years and never had any issues."
