HORRIBLE
"HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a PRS DW CE24. They charged me $2769.15 as I elected for express shipping. At checkout I was told they would ship next business day...which it didn't. Fast forward to two weeks later and I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. Everytime I speak to them, they say they are processing my refund and will send an email with an update. I have never received an email OR a refund. This is theft. I complained to BBB and am disputing the charges, They should be ashamed of themselse."
